Return Policy: ARPneuro PRS
If you are not completely satisfied with your ARPneuro PRS, return it within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will refund the purchase price, minus shipping and handling and a $100 restocking charge.
The PRS device and all items in the original shipment must be included in the return and must be in good working condition to be eligible for refund. If there are any items missing from the return shipment, the full purchase price of those item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If 30 or more days have passed since the date of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Customers who return the ARPneuro PRS device with damage beyond normal wear and tear, will be responsible for the damage. Upon receiving the device back, payment will be refunded, minus any repair costs.
- Proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a refund.
Return Policy: ARPneuro Accessories
ARPneuro accessory items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. They will be eligible for a refund of the full purchase price (minus shipping and handling).
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging. Electrodes must be unopened.
- To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
- No refund will be provided for any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- You will receive a Return Authorization with shipping details.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Returns must be sent to the address on your Return Authorization.
- You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
