ARPneuro PRS Trial Terms & Conditions
Trial Period
The first 90 days of this agreement is a trial period. If you do not wish to purchase the device after the trial period, you must return the PRS using the enclosed return label. The returned device must be received by ARPneuro on or before the 90th day of the trial period.
If the PRS is returned on or before the trial period expiration date, you will no longer be under obligation to purchase the device on the 90th day.
PRS PURCHASE
If you keep the PRS after the 90th day of the trial period, the trial fee will be put towards the purchase of your device. The remaining balance due for the PRS will be charged to your credit card on the 90th day.
RETURN OF ALL ITEMS
The PRS device and accessory items in the original shipment must be included in the return package and must be in good working condition. If there are any items missing from the return package, the full purchase price of the missing item(s) will be charged to your credit card.
The full list of items that must be returned include:
- PRS unit
- Lead Cord
- Wall Charger
- (2) Rubber Clam Shells
Customers who return the PRS device with damage beyond normal wear and tear, will be responsible for repair or replacements costs up to and including the full purchase price of the PRS unit depending on the severity of damage.
PAYMENT TERMS
By clicking the submit button on the payment page and authorizing the charges on your card for today or at a future date, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with ARPneuro LLC to pay the total amount shown on the payment page, to be paid on each date as shown in the payment schedule.
You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using to make this purchase will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.
If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever.
You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates, or via an early payment.
ARPneuro LLC reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies.
PRS USE & CONTRAINDICATIONS
ARPneuro Therapy is not to be used by women who are pregnant. If you have an implanted electrical device, cancer, or a history of blood clots, please consult your physician before use.
